Shadow and Bone

The Witcher

Netflix’s long-awaited adaptation of the beloved Polish fantasy series. It’s based on the book series of the same name by Polish writer Andrzej Sapkowski. The Witcher tells the story of a lone monster hunter for hire, whose world is turned upside down when he is confronted with destiny.

Game of Thrones

If you’ve never heard of the popular Game of Thrones books or tv series, then you’ve either been living under a rock or have no interest in this particular fantasy drama.

This extremely popular tv series is an adaptation of A Song of Ice and Fire, a series of fantasy novels by George R. R. Martin, the first of which is Game of Thrones. The popular series has finished and concluded for some time now, however if you still want to continue the journey into the world of kings and knights, crowns and swords, dragons and ghosts, then add these books to your reading list and start discussing the series in a book club through the Carry A Book App.
